OUR CORE
VALUES
01
start where you are
You don’t have to wait until your life is perfect to start living out your purpose.
02
make it fun
We’re serious about our faith, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
03
better together
God not only invites us into a relationship with Him, but with others too! Community is how we build meaningful and encouraging connections.
04
WE FOLLOW THE WORD NOT THE WORLD
Society changes; Scripture does not — it’s direction not suggestion.
LEADERSHIP
VALUES
-
Anyone can leave, but no one gets lost—because we chase after the ones God has entrusted to us. We’re in the people business, and that means pastoring with grit, grace, —caring deeply without controlling.
This is stewardship with skin in the game: what’s yours is ours, and we won’t let you wander alone. -
Big on a Budget means we don't see limitations - we see opportunities for divine creativity. We're problem-solvers, not problem-makers, turning constraints into "WOW" moments that prove God's abundance. Our stewardship isn't measured in dollars but in faithfulness, because limited resources never limit an unlimited God.
-
Measure What Matters means we track with purpose - because every number has a name, every name has a story, and every story matters to God. We stay ruthlessly focused on what counts, realigning when we miss the mark. What gets measured gets honored, and we're committed to honoring what God values most.
-
You can't fake the reps – this is about raw tenacity and self-driven hustle. We need self-starters who wake up hungry to push the mission forward, not people who need their hands held. If you're in, you own it: become the undisputed expert in your lane, because nobody should care more about your ministry than YOU do.
[ 2 Timothy 2:15, Proverbs 22:29, Colossians 3:23-24 ] -
Address issues; don't ignore them. We're all works in progress with blindspots - but we fight for growth by confronting sin and shortcomings head-on. This isn't about perfection; it's about having the courage to talk TO people rather than ABOUT them, so we can all draw closer to God and each other. Offense has no home here.
-
I am responsible solely for my personal, professional, & spiritual growth & development. I don’t blame others nor choose to live a victim’s life, I am a victor not a victim. With every new level there will be new devils we have to face. I need to be proactive in putting the full armor of God on + fighting the battles I’m facing, not run from them.
-
Ideas are encouraged, but divisiveness when direction is set? That's a hard no. Unity isn't passive – it's a daily choice to reject drift and protect what matters. And negativity? It only travels UP – never down or sideways. If it surfaces, we address it with care until it's resolved.
-
Nobody’s perfect neither is any church, if you find one let us know because we will close this down and join you there. Until then, we realize that everyone is working through something and we are here for the ride. Start where you are, just don’t stay there. We are committed to dealing with unique, uncomfortable, sometimes situations that feel like a ‘no-win’ to advance the gospel and help people find a new possible.

Always Honor means showing up on time, speaking life, and going the extra mile to respect others. Miracles flourish where honor thrives—just look at what happened when Jesus wasn't welcomed in His hometown. If we want real Kingdom advancement, honor is the currency we pay with. This isn't just external behavior; it's an internal attitude that shapes how we treat every person.
