Pastors Doug + Steph Garasic have been building a relational group of Pastors who desire to stay connected and help each other grow their collective ministries. It’s not a network; it’s a tribe.
We want to create intentional opportunities for connection and collaboration, to support and strengthen one another, and to open our lives and leadership for us all to learn and glean from each other’s triumphs and trials.
Here’s what Being in the tribe looks like to us…
GATHERING
We host a Pastors Gathering for pastors and spouses in the Spring, where we tackle ministry challenges and have some fun. You get here, and we’ll cover the rest!
SHARING
Rust City is always an open door for you –whatever we have, we’ll give you! We hope that you’ll also forge connections with others in the Tribe to share resources and strategies.
CONFERENCE
Every September, we want Revive the Rust Conference to be our Tribe family reunion – we get to hang out and even bring our staff/teams to connect and get inspired.
We don’t want something from you, we want something for you.
WE WANT YOU TO KNOW YOU’RE NOT ALONE IN THIS CRAZY WORLD OF PASTORING! PASTORS NEED FRIENDS WHO UNDERSTAND THE JOYS AND STRUGGLES. Let’s build His Kingdom together!
OTHER WAYS WE LIKE TO STAY CONNECTED

It’s basically video texting, allowing you to see facial expressions and hear tone, but we can talk and respond at our own convenience.

We’ve got a newly renovated 100-year-old cabin (sleeps 6) in Cook Forest, PA. We call it Red Fox Cabin and it’s a great little getaway from the noise of life to relax in the woods. We want to make it available for you to use for free.

All-Access Weekends at Rust City are for those who want to come spend one-on-one time with us and see more behind the scenes. You can bring just yourself or your team, at your cost, but we’ll host you and hang with you while you’re here!
